OUR IDEAL PERSON

This list is incredibly important  - ONLY APPLY if you MOST of the following: 

  • MUST HAVE 2 years of experience with Real Estate.(Most important)
  • Experience with MLS/ Paragon System
  • TECH SAVVY
  • Intermediate level of Microsoft Office and Knowledge of G-Suite & Google Drive
  • Speak and Write Fluently in English
  • Answer phones and respond to emails and texts in a timely and professional manner
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • CRM Management.
  • Some travel may be needed throughout the city.
  • The ability to learn new procedures and programs with ease.
  • Highly organized.
  •  Always looking for ways to be more efficient.
  • Confident and not Intimidated by New Challenges.
  • Loves People and Has Strong Family Values.
  • Has Great Energy but Can Be Calming in A Stressful Environment.
  • Preference is given to those who have a diploma or certificate in Administration from a reputable college or more than 5+ years of experience.

JOB OVERVIEW

  • Processing paperwork for each Real Estate transaction and ensuring accuracy
  • Phone management (Answering Phones, Directing Calls, Forwarding/Coverage When Required)
  • Book showings for Realtors
  • Manage office and ensure it’s clean and organized
  • Work well in a team environment and independently
  • Deal with the clients over the phone to ensure they are happy and taken care of quickly
  • Manage CRM (Client Information Database)
  • Manage Google drive Filing Systems AND physical files.
  • Support team members with day-to-day tasks as needed
